1.Q. What kind motors can you provide? 

     For now, we mainly provide permanent magnet brushed dc motors ( vibration motors) cylindrical DC motors 0408，0410，0412，0610，0612，0614，0716, coin motors 0820,0827 ,0830，0834，1020，1026,1027，1030，1034，1036，1227，1230,1234，1260 and SMT motors  0304,0406,0408.  

8. Q.Where is the motor apply for?    

Our mini vibration motor can be used for  smart watch and wearable device,mobile  phone,massager,electronic mascara,powder,toothbrush,face washer,toy car,aeromodelling and so on.

3. Q.How to choose a vibration motor?  

   Pls tell us the location of the motor you put and characteristics like:voltage,current,speed,asseble method.we will recommend the right one for u.

4.Q.How about if our requirement is different from yours,is it ok? 

        We offer OEM and customized service

5. Q.What is the minimum quantity of the order?

     There are different MOQ for different motors, normally 1000pcs and large quantity will get better price. 

6. Q. How long is your delivery time?

    The delivery time varies from 10- 30 days of different motor types after your payment arrived.

7.Q. How could we get your samples? 

     Generally speaking, we are factory, we don’t offe rmotor samples for retail. We only offer sample motors to who wants to use our   motor for product developent or who want to change the previous motor suppliers with more competitive price.

     We can offer 5-10 sample free of charge but freight collect. And the samples need to be charged  if the motor is very particular or high cost.  

8.Q. How’s the motor packed?

    Usually packed by plastic + carton or foam +carton.All motor will be safe packed.

9.Q.Where is your factory located.

      Office located in wenzhou city and factory in shenzhen.

10.Q.What kind certificate does the motor have.

     Rohs meet.
